Manoj Abeysinghe

The Founder and current Head Coach of Killer Whale Aquatics is the Program Director of SwimAmerica – Sri Lanka. He is an ASCA level 4 Coach with over twenty years of experience who started his coaching career in the USA. He has been very successful both in the US and Sri Lankan swimming arenas. He was the national team coach for Sri Lanka at the 2016 & 2020 Olympic Games and has produced multiple national champions who have established over 80% new Sri Lankan national records since 2010. KWA swimmers have won over 50 South Asian Games medals in the 2016 and 2019 editions. In addition, they have won Youth Commonwealth and Youth Asian Games medals, semi-finalists at Youth Olympic Games and finalist at Asian Games.

KWA has the unique distinction of having placed at least one swimmer in every Sri Lankan team that has participated in The Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and FINA Swimming World Championships since 2010.
